Our goal at Natty Records Store is that our customers are satisfied with the products purchased on our store. We will make every effort to work with the customer that is not satisfied with a product due to a number of reasons. We desire to build long lasting relationships with our customers.
We ask that you contact us within 30 days after receiving your order so we can begin to work on a satisfactory resolution.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Regarding Gift cards, we will work with the recipient of the Gift card for a satisfactory resolution.
We may require pictures of the problem. This allows us to work with our suppliers to improve quality or service. You see we are all on the same team. There may be areas of improvements for all of us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. On rare occasions will we have you send an item back, Should that happen, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. It will be returned to Natty Records Store. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
All returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment unless the return is a gift card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable); if you haven’t received a refund yet:
